    We are currently looking for a professional, inspiring and motivationalClaims Team Leader to lead our clients highly successful, rapidly expandinghome claims team, who provide an excellent service to their customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the claims team toensure achievement of targets Maintain claim quality assurance checks foreach team member ensuring compliance and consistency Deliver daily claimsmeetings to inspire, motivate and set targets, feeding into weekly andmonthly targets Create a strong customer care through claims culturewithin the claims teams and business Ensuring team queries are dealt withquickly and efficiently Challenge normality by trialling new ways ofworking Drive and encouraging the company values throughout the team,always leading by example Collect, organise, and analyse claims data togenerate insights and track KPIs Create and distribute regular reports anddashboards to aid decision-making Utilise data to identify trends,opportunities, and areas for improvement Manage performance and absence inline with HR processes Ensure that the claims team adheres to companypolicies, compliance requirements, and ethical standards Key Experience /

    Skills Required:
