POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Development Representative (BDR) at Korn Ferry Digital plays a pivotal role in expanding the customer base within the Total Rewards & Work Measurement solution. The BDR focuses on nurturing warm leads, collaborating with the sales team, and utilizing internal resources effectively to drive long-term revenue growth. This position also contributes to enhancing Korn Ferry's external reputation and elevating KF Digital's profile internally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
