    Cartrefi was established as a not-for-profit charity in 1989 by a group of parents and activists. We mainly support people with learning disabilities in Wales. The company currently employs 1200 employees, 650 people we support and 1000s of friends, family and supporters.     • Job Responsibilities:

    To maintain and improve Health and Safety practice within Cartrefi by working with all managers and departments. To work with the Health and Safety manager to minimise incidents and accidents and promote Health and Safety throughout the company.

    To work closely with the behaviour lead, manual handling trainers and other internal specialists around Health and Safety issues.

    Your skills and experience will include: ?

  • Ability to communicate on a range of topics relevant to the Health and Social Care sector.
  • Able to use Microsoft software and data base applications effectively.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Committed to self-development.
