The Compliance, Health & Safety Manager is responsible for:Ensuring that CPI Coventry are fully compliant with all regulatory requirements, including but not limited to, ISO 9001/27001.
Health and Safety regulations, Import and Export as it pertains to Europe following Brexit, International Trade regulations in line with CPI and global Legal directives.
Handle queries relating to import/export of machines and parts, or people travelling abroad.Ensure accurate product data relevant to shipping is maintained, e.g. commodity codes, country of origins, measurements, etc.
Help select appropriate suppliers using the supplier selection process.
Support data protection and queries relating to data protection.
Maintain the accuracy of policies and procedures in line with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
Monitor and ensure compliance with wider Crane/CPI organisation policy.
Ensure communication to associates is sufficient to maintain awareness of compliance issues
Manage Health & Safety team to ensure:
Health & Safety documentation is accurately maintained, understood, and followed by all associates.
Adhere to Health & Safety policies.
Contractor H&S requirements are fully met, to include.
# Adhere to information security requirements to ensure the security of the company's data.
Produce timely and accurate reports for the business and customers as required.
An established Compliance Manager with Health and Safety Qualifications and experience. Minimum Nebosh NGC3 along with 2-3 years H&S experience.
