- You will complete a comprehensive training and induction programme which will get you up to speed with our markets, our software and our clients. Once this is completed, you will be involved in:
- Acting as a point of contact for clients to ensure they derive the greatest possible value from the use of our software.
- Providing business critical technical support to our clients, who are high profile financial institutions, utilities and funds.
- Providing technical consultancy to our clients in areas like product configuration and training.
- Qualifications either at GCSE and/or A-Level
- Some experience with IT (Could be a part-time job, apprenticeship, internships/work experience or even a hobby).
- Experience of working in a customer service environment where you've needed to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. (Hospitality, retail, sports clubs)
- High levels of energy in seeking out and achieving new goals
- A thirst for learning and willingness to try everything.
