    Description
    My world-renowned client is looking to add a Senior Estates Manager to their London team. Working specifically for 1 client, their portfolio comprises over 2000 properties throughout the UK.

    The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of over 500 properties, working closely alongside the rest of the team that includes: data, finance & transaction management.

    Promptly communicate client property closure instructions, ensuring all parties are informed and necessary actions are taken within agreed timescales.

    Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance by landlords, tenants, and buildings; Authorise rent, service charge, and ad hoc payments properly.

    Review and challenge landlord service charge budgets and reconciliations.
    Negotiate and complete small lettings, reviews, and renewals.
    Appropriately instruct other professional colleagues within regional offices on matters related to planning, building consultancy, etc.
    Line manage junior team members, supporting their career development.
    Proven experience in commercial estates management, ideally representing occupiers.
    Proficient in using Horizon or other property databases.
    Possession of a clean driving license.
