    About the Role

    We're on the hunt for a skilled Cross Channel Planning Director to take the helm on our projects for Lloyds Banking Group and Zoopla. Your role will be crucial in shaping our media strategies and driving superb outcomes across different platforms.

    About the Clients: Lloyds Banking Group and Zoopla

    Lloyds Banking Group (LBG): At Zenith, LBG is a key client, with a focus on Lloyds Bank and Halifax. This position will expose you to various services within Publicis Groupe, such as data science, insights, and partnerships. With an innovative CMO leading the way, it's a thrilling moment to be part of the team. You'll handle diverse projects, capitalizing on LBG's fresh visual identity and advanced capabilities to stay ahead.

    Zoopla: As the UK's second largest online property portal, Zoopla aims to be the go-to choice for first-time buyers and homeowners. We collaborate closely with Zoopla's marketing team, using media to boost business performance and brand visibility. The successful 'Just Ask Zoopla' initiative has paved the way for more creative endeavors, leveraging Zoopla's rich data and insights to spur growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Support the Business Director in delivering exceptional work.
    • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the team to ensure top-notch performance.
    • Act as the linchpin for strategy and RTBs to drive high-quality outcomes.
    • Cultivate strong, dependable relationships with key clients.
    • Assist in enhancing account profitability alongside BD/CP.
    • Lead a team of 2+ managers/execs; Set growth plans and foster collaboration within the team; Work closely with BD to align with client objectives; Cultivate positive partnerships with external agencies and vendors.

    In the First Six Months, You Will:

    • Forge solid connections with the planning team, clients, and Zenith's channel teams.
    • Gain deep insights into the target audiences and products of our clients.
    • Play a pivotal role in designing and executing key campaigns.
    • Mentor and support your team for their professional advancement.

      • Skills and Experience

      • Media Planning Expertise: Extensive background in crafting and refining campaigns across ATL and digital channels.
      • Client Management: Track record in effectively handling client interactions and presentations.
      • Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Ability to leverage various datasets for innovative media strategies.
      • Project Management: Exceptional skills in managing multiple tasks and stakeholders efficiently.
      • Financial Acumen: Understanding of maximizing account profitability and identifying growth avenues.
      • Collaborative Attitude: A confident, driven planner who excels in a team-oriented setting.
