    About the Role

    We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Cross Channel Planning Director to lead our efforts on the Lloyds Banking Group and Zoopla accounts. This role is pivotal in driving strategic media planning and delivering outstanding results across various channels.

    About the Clients: Lloyds Banking Group and Zoopla

    Lloyds Banking Group (LBG): LBG is a flagship Zenith client, predominantly covering Lloyds Bank and Halifax brands. This role offers significant exposure to the wider Publicis Groupe capabilities, including data science, insights, and partnerships. With a new CMO driving innovation and media-first thinking, it's an exciting time to join the team. You will work on varied and interesting briefs, leveraging LBG's new visual identity and technical capabilities to stay ahead of the curve.

    Zoopla: Zoopla is the second largest online property portal in the UK, with big ambitions to be the top choice for first-time buyers and homeowners. We work closely with Zoopla's marketing team, using media to drive business results and brand growth. The successful "Just Ask Zoopla" campaign has set the stage for further innovation using Zoopla's extensive data and insights to push boundaries and drive growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Support the Business Director in delivering outstanding work.
    • Lead the day-to-day output of the team, ensuring operational excellence.
    • Act as the lynchpin for strategy and RTBs to ensure the best work comes together.
    • Build strong, trusted relationships with key mid-level clients.
    • Support BD/CP in driving account profitability.
    • Manage a team of 2+ managers/execs.
      • Lead by example to help direct reports be their best.
      • Set clear progression plans for your team.
      • Work effectively with BD to support client goals.
      • Lead positive relationships with partner agencies and suppliers.

    In the First Six Months, You Will:

    • Establish a strong relationship with the planning team, clients, and channel teams at Zenith.
    • Gain a thorough understanding of the clients' target audiences and products.
    • Play a significant role in planning and executing key campaigns.
    • Support and guide your team, ensuring their professional development.

    Skills and Experience

    • Media Planning Expertise: Extensive experience in planning and optimizing campaigns across ATL and digital channels.
    • Client Management: Proven ability to present to and manage client relationships effectively.
    • Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Capable of using multiple data inputs to create innovative media solutions.
    • Project Management: Exceptional project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and stakeholders.
    • Financial Acumen: Understanding of account profitability and growth opportunities.
    • Collaborative Attitude: A confident, ambitious, and motivated planner who thrives in a collaborative environment.
