    Position: Account Director at Leading Media Agency

    Location: London

    Work Setup: Hybrid working

    Salary: up to £55k depending on experience

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervising a team of planning executives/managers to ensure prompt and high-quality delivery of OOH campaigns.
    • Fostering relationships with major spending accounts.
    • Conducting OOH planning on platforms, activations, and account management.
    • Spotting chances to upsell OOH opportunities.
    • Collaborating closely with business directors to execute strategies, establish team KPIs, and enhance the skills of junior team members.
    • Maintaining positive and profitable relationships with other agencies, media owners, and clients.

    Requirements for the Ideal Candidate:

    • Minimum 4 years of experience in OOH planning & buying.
    • Proven track record in managing substantial campaign budgets.
    • Demonstrates a commercial mindset and the ability to pinpoint opportunities for additional OOH sales to clients.
    • Experience in international markets is beneficial but not obligatory.
