    Job Title: Housing Disrepair Paralegal

    Location: Central Manchester

    Salary: Up to £25,000

    We are currently recruiting for a Housing Disrepair Paralegal to join our client's team based in Central Manchester. The successful candidate will be working as part of a team of legal advisors providing advice and assistance to clients in relation to Housing Disrepair matters.

    The ideal candidate will have experience in the legal industry, preferably in Housing Disrepair, and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.

    Responsibilities:


    • Providing advice and assistance to clients in relation to all aspects of Housing Disrepair.


    • Drafting and sending out legal documents and letters.


    • Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients.


    • Representing clients in court hearings and tribunals.


    • Managing client files.


    • Attending meetings with clients and other solicitors.

    Skills & Qualifications:


    • Previous experience in the legal sector, preferably in Housing Disrepair.


    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.


    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


    • Understanding of legal principles and procedures.


    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


    • Strong IT skills.
