Do you have experience working with young people and supporting their behavioral development? We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team at a well-regarded secondary school in Bramhall.
The school holds an Ofsted rating of 'Good' and prides itself on providing a supportive and nurturing environment for both students and staff.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in promoting positive behavior and fostering a conducive learning environment within the school.
Providing one-to-one or group support to students who may be experiencing behavioral difficulties, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
# Implementing Strategies:Working closely with teachers and senior staff to implement behavior management strategies and interventions tailored to individual student needs.
# Acting as a mentor and role model for students, offering guidance, encouragement, and practical support to help them develop positive attitudes and behaviors.# Building Relationships:
Monitoring Progress:
Regularly assessing and monitoring the progress of students, identifying areas for improvement, and adjusting support strategies as necessary.
Previous experience working with young people, preferably in a school or educational setting.
Competitive monthly salary ranging from £1500 to £1700, commensurate with experience.
