Do you have the skills and dedication to make a positive impact on the lives of young people? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you to join our team as a Behaviour Mentor at a highly regarded secondary school in Denton.
Providing one-to-one mentoring and support to students with behavioural challenges, helping them to identify triggers, develop coping strategies, and make positive choices in their interactions with peers and staff.
# Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies to develop and implement personalised behaviour support plans for students, monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as necessary.# Acting as a positive role model for students, demonstrating empathy, respect, and integrity in all interactions, and fostering a culture of mutual respect and inclusivity within the school community.
Previous experience working with young people, preferably in a school or educational setting.
Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the changing needs of students and the school environment, prioritising student well-being and success.
Competitive salary ranging from £1540 to £1900 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.Full-time position starting after May half term until the end of the academic year, with the potential for the role to become permanent based on performance and school requirements.
