    Connect2Kent is currently seeking a Customer Experience Assistant to join a temporary on-going assignment with Kent County Council's Financial Assessment & Income Unit.

    £10 per hour
    Office based in Broadstairs
    Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00Job Purpose

    The Financial Assessment & Income Unit implement policies and legislation associated with the financial requirements of supporting clients known to Adult Social Care and Health.

    This role provides high quality administrative support to the Financial Assessment & Income Unit.

    You will provide a first-class customer service to colleagues within the Council and external customers of the Authority, handling customer enquires face to face, over the telephone, internet or email, giving information and resolving queries.

    Provide the front-facing role for all people approaching the Financial Assessment & Income Unit, dealing with high volumes of contact with the public promptly and sensitively using a customer focused approach.

    Experience of working within an administrative environment and/or front facing customer service.
    Awareness of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and information handling and sharing.
