- Je analyseert garantie klachten en rapporteert dit aan de supplier managers.
- Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het ontwikkelen, monitoren enverbeteren van product quality processen binnen Kramp.
- Adviseren over nieuwe en bestaande leveranciers op het gebied van Product Quality Control.
- Je adviseert en onderhoudt contact met betrokken stakeholders en autoriteiten bij een product quality audit.
- Zorg dragen voor het gehele proces in het geval van een recall.
- Je hebt een HBO of WO opleiding afgerond.
Bij voorkeur in kwaliteitsmanagement, een technische richting, bedrijfskunde of rechten. - Relevante werkervaring is een pré. We staat open voor starters, learing-on-the-job is mogelijk.
- Je vindt het een mooie uitdaging om vorm te geven aan product quality processen binnen een internationale organisatie en dé marktleider in de agrarische sector.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden in het Engels en Nederlands.
- Je kunt bruikbare inzichten halen uit data-analyses (e.g. Excel, Tableau) en adviseren over mogelijke vervolgstappen.

Deze functie biedt een mooie uitdaging voor een enthousiaste kandidaat die graag bijdraagt aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze product kwaliteitsprocessen binnen Kramp. Binnen de functie is er de mogelijkheid om naast huidige werkzaamheden (verbeter)projecten te starten.
Je werkt samen met 3 collega's en een stagiair in een dynamisch en gedreven Product Quality & Compliance team en rapporteert aan de Manager Product Quality & Compliance. Daarnaast werk je cross-functioneel samen met diverse collega's op diverse afdelingen, zoals bijvoorbeeld Productmanagement, Sales, IT, Procurement en nog vele andere stakeholders in alle 28 landen.
