- Grow revenue and gross profit through developing the business
- Manage costs to maximise net profit
- Assist customers in branch and over the phone with customer service, technical support, and sales inquiries
- Drive new business into the branch through proactive sales techniques
- Collaborate with head office colleagues and Directors to ensure operational excellence and maximise business performance
- Lead and motivate direct reports to achieve sales forecasts, KPIs, business growth, and professional development
- Manage stock control, cash, and operational processes
- Sales forecasting
- Track performance to forecasts/targets and provide feedback on results
- Conduct weekly team meetings to share business updates on performance and operations
- Assist customers with queries, face to face, via email, or phone
- Process orders
- Manage quoting and pipeline
- Control stock and cash
- Ensure operational excellence from front of house to back office
