    Do you have business process automation and digital transformation experience, and are you seeking a new job in London? Cognizant is looking for a flexible, full-time Senior Business Process Consultant at Senior Manager level. The role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

    As a Senior Business Consultant, you will be instrumental in advising on business strategies, operational improvements, and technological innovations. This role requires expertise in business process automation and digital transformation, as well as a good understanding of the aviation industry. You will need to identify opportunities to leverage automation technologies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.

    In your first few weeks in this Business Process Consultant role, you can expect to:

    • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of current business processes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and automation
    • Collaborate with the automation advisory team to develop and implement automation strategies that align with their business goals and operational needs
    • Provide expert guidance on the adoption of AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
    • Develop business cases for investment in automation technologies, including ROI analysis and implementation roadmaps.

    To apply for this Senior Business Process Consultant role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

    • A master's degree, preferably in business administration, data analytics or information technology/science
    • In-depth experience within large consultancy environments
    • Experience within the aviation or related industries
    • Proven track record of implementing successful automation & digital transformation projects
    • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
