- You'll have significant experience in a General Management leadership role, know what it takes to be based and successful in a rural setting and be comfortable across both the leisure and group markets and have a significant F&B background.

The Park
We're slap bang in Peebles High Street and make the most of it. Offering 25 hotel bedrooms, a restaurant, bar and bakery to guests and locals. From the moment you open the door, our quirky welcome is sure to spark your imagination as our character packed spaces draw influence from the March Street textiles mill.
About the role
We're looking to find someone who is a self-starter, driven and with the vision to combine their commerciality with a commitment to delivering both a great customer experience and the ability to lead, motivate and engage the managers and team members who work for them. You'll understand what it means to really "walk the walk" as a leader and what it takes to drive a coaching culture with your teams.
You'll have overall responsibility for the running of the hotel, growing and developing the business.
Building strong relationships with a diverse set of stakeholdersincluding internal business partners (e.g. in Sales, Marketing, IT, People... the list goes on), will be key to success in this role.
