    Job Description

    Job Title: SailPoint SecurityArchitect

    Job Overview: TheSailPoint Security Architect will be responsible for the design,implementation, and security of SailPoint Identity and Access Management (IAM)solutions within the organization. This role will play a critical part inensuring that our SailPoint deployments are secure, compliant, and aligned withbusiness objectives. The Security Architect will collaborate closely with IT,project management, and compliance teams to architect solutions that meet ourcomplex security needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and architect secure, scalable, and robustSailPoint IAM solutions.
    • Evaluate existing security architectures toidentify weaknesses and develop opportunities for improvement.
    • Integrate SailPoint with other security solutionslike PAM (Privileged Access Management) for enhanced securitycapabilities.
    • Lead the security aspect of the implementation anddeployment phases, ensuring that all security measures are properlyconfigured and effective.
    • Develop and enforce security policies andprocedures related to identity and access management.
    • Work closely with compliance teams to ensure thatthe IAM solutions meet all regulatory and compliance requirements.
    • Provide expertise on authentication, authorization,and encryption technologies.
    • Conduct threat modelling and risk assessments forthe SailPoint environments.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that the IAMsolutions are aligned with the overall IT security strategy.
    • Stay updated with the latest security technologies,vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.
    • Mentor and provide guidance to junior security teammembers.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science,Information Security, or a related field.
    • Professional security certifications such as CISSP,CISM, or relevant SailPoint certifications.
    • Proven experience in designing and implementingsecurity solutions with SailPoint IdentityNow and/or SailPoint IdentityIQ.
    • Strong understanding of identity management,privileged access management, and security compliance standards such asISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.
    • Demonstrated experience with cloud securityarchitectures and hybrid environments.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 15 years of experience in a securityarchitect role, with at least 2-3 years focused on SailPoint technologies.
    • Experience in complex IT environments, preferablyin large or mid-size organizations.

    Working Conditions:

    • This role may require occasional travel.
    • Flexibility in work hours to accommodate projectdeadlines and emergencies.
