    Description

    Job Title: Field Service Engineer UK & Ireland


    Are you ready to join our team as a Field Service Engineer for the UK & Ireland region?


    • Submit high-quality reports to the Service Back Office
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive maintenance activities efficiently
    • Provide post-maintenance production support to ensure optimal efficiency
    • Analyze and resolve mechanical and automation issues
    • Conduct root cause analysis for problem resolution
    • Handle claims and offer technical support
    • Install rebuilding kits and reinstate equipment with precision
    • Address system performance issues and implement improvements
    • Provide valuable feedback to enhance customer service
    • Manage and audit relevant measures for quality assurance

    Requirements:

    • Minimum HNC/HND qualification in Mechatronic, Electrical, or Mechanical
    • 3+ years of experience in food/beverage/brewing or chemical industry
    • Ability to travel up to 75% during training and 50% after
    • Possession of a valid driving license
    • Strong networking and communication skills
    • Adaptability to irregular tasks and flexible working hours
