    Role - Senior Mechanical Engineer - Building Services

    Location - London

    Salary - Up to £70,000

    My client is a leading building services consultancy committed to delivering innovative solutions for a diverse range of projects. With a focus on excellence and sustainability, we pride ourselves on our ability to provide tailored solutions to meet our clients' unique needs.

    Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team and support our Building Services Director and his team. As a key member of our team, you will bring your expertise in mechanical engineering to the table, contributing to the success of a variety of projects across London.

    Location: Based in London, near Blackfriars, you'll have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and centrally located area, with easy access to transportation and amenities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the Building Services Director and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions for a range of projects, including residential, commercial, mixed-use, and blue light developments.
    • Utilise your expertise in mechanical engineering to design, analyse, and optimise building systems, ensuring efficiency and sustainability.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
    • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions that exceed expectations.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
    • Proven experience in building services engineering, with a focus on mechanical systems.
    • Strong knowledge of relevant software tools and industry standards.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
    • Experience working on a variety of London projects, including residential, commercial, mixed-use, and blue light developments.
