    Description

    As such, you will drive systematic improvements throughout Rigetti Computing's full stack quantum computing architecture whilst helping to deploy our quantum computing expertise in the UK.

    You will work in close collaboration with our team in Berkeley CA, USA, to create reliable functionality of the system, outline hardware requirements for the engineering organization, and integrate novel capabilities into our quantum systems.

    Collaborate across multiple engineering teams including fabrication, software, electrical, and mechanical
    PhD in Physics or similar applied scientific field
    Knowledge of Python
    Experience with software engineering best practices
    Experience with git, unit tests, and collaborative code development
    Training in micro-fabrication process development, metrology, and improvement for superconducting microwave circuits
    Rigetti complies with all local and state regulations in regards to displaying salary ranges.

    Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, and geographic location.
