- Manage the Chief Partnerships Officer's schedule and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Act as a liaison between the Chief Partnerships Officer and internal/external stakeholders
- Conduct research and prepare briefs as needed
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and meetings
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Previous experience in a sustainability or environmental organization is a plus
