    Description

    Job Title: Salesforce LeadDeveloper
    Location: Bryant Park NY(Onsite)

    Note:Minimum 12 years of exp only strong candidate will bepreferred

    JobDescription:

    • Proficiencyin Salesforce development technologies including Apex VisualforceLightning Components SOQL and SOSL.
    • Strongunderstanding of Salesforce data model security model and sharingmechanisms.
    • Experience with Salesforceconfiguration using Process Builder Flow Builder Workflow Rules andValidation Rules.
    • Basic understanding ofLightning Web Components (LWC) development principles andproficiency in Visual Studio Code (VS Code).
    • Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTTP JSONXML and experience with RESTful API integration.

    Roles &responsibilities:

    1. Leadthe design development and implementation of custom Salesforceapplications and solutions to meet business needs.
    2. Configure Salesforce platform using declarative toolssuch as Process Builder Flow Builder Workflow Rules and ValidationRules.
    3. Develop custom functionality using ApexVisualforce and Salesforce Lightning Components to extendSalesforce capabilities.
    4. Lead the integrationefforts between Salesforce and external systems using RESTful APIsSOAP web services and middleware platforms.
    5. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirementsanalyze business processes and translate functional specificationsinto technical designs.
    6. Mentor juniordevelopers and provide technical guidance on Salesforce developmentbest practices coding standards and design patterns.
    7. Establish CI/CD pipelines for automated build test anddeployment processes using tools such as Jenkins Azure DevOps orGitHub Actions.
    8. Implement version control bestpractices using GIT including branching strategies code reviews andcontinuous integration workflows.
    9. Work closelywith quality assurance teams to develop and execute integration andunit test cases ensuring the robustness and reliability ofsolutions.
    10. Stay updated on Salesforce platformreleases new features and emerging technologies to drive continuousimprovement and innovation.

    Good to have:

    • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies andtools.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce DX andsourcedriven development methodologies.
    • Knowledge of other CI/CD tools such as Copado andChangeSets.
