    Position: Principal Recruitment Consultant

    Location: London, UK

    As we are rapidly growing, we are looking for a driven Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our London-based technology team.

    Who you are:

    • Proven track record in high-performing technical recruitment teams (quantitative trading, fintech, Crypto, Machine Learning, Technology)
    • Agile and adaptive, showcasing confidence in navigating fast-paced trading and technology environments
    • Extensive experience collaborating with diverse clients to build teams and attract top talent
    • Adept at encouraging strong relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders
    • Passionate about harnessing data insights to drive business growth and deliver results
    • Skilled at prioritizing workloads and excelling in a dynamic, multi-faceted role

    Position Highlights:

    • Spearhead client hiring campaigns, creating innovative searches and diverse pipelines, and market mapping across platforms
    • Leverage AI-driven platforms to craft compelling recruitment content, proposals, and communications
    • Conduct in-depth talent mapping to identify and nurture high-caliber candidates and decision-makers
    • Design and implement scalable processes that deliver outstanding candidate and client experiences
    • Contribute to Algo Capital's growth through global impact projects
    • Driving and scoping DEIB (Diversity, Equality, Inclusivity + Belonging) initiatives with team members to support inclusive hiring practices
    • Provide consultative guidance on market trends, compensation, and best practices
    • Stay current with latest technologies to effectively engage technical candidates and clients
    • Mentor and train junior recruitment consultants on industry-specific best practices
