Carbonplace Ltd is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Customer Success Analyst to join our team.As a Customer Success Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients using our global carbon credit transaction network.
Carbonplace is dedicated to driving climate action by creating a transparent and efficient platform for the transfer of certified carbon credits.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing deep customer relationships, analyzing customer data, and providing valuable insights to help our clients optimize their carbon credit transactions.
As a member of the Customer Success team, you will work closely with clients to understand their goals, address any issues or concerns, and provide proactive guidance and support.
You will proactively monitor customer metrics and usage patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and upsell potential.Additionally, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive product enhancements and contribute to the ongoing success and growth of Carbonplace.
ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their success with Carbonplace's platformAnalyse customer data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing carbon credit transactionsProactively identify and address customer issues, concerns, and challengesConduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their needs and gather feedbackCreate and deliver reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and drive product enhancementsStay up to date with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable guidance to clientsRequirementsBachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar roleStrong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and provide actionable insightsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clientsProactive and customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering a high level of serviceKnowledge of carbon credit markets and sustainability initiatives is a plusProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteBenefits25 days Holiday + Public HolidaysPrivate Healthcare PlanPension PlansLife AssuranceWork From HomeTraining & Development
