    At Radar, we're harnessing the power of AI and Data Science to boost profitability for recruiters by optimising their processes and revealing relevant candidates in their CRM databases with no prompting. We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Customer Success Analyst with a fresh perspective and a background in STEM to join our vibrant team.

    Job Description:

    Are you a recent STEM graduate with experience in recruitment? Do you want to help shape the future of tech in the recruitment industry? If yes, then you're the perfect candidate for our Customer Success Analyst position. In this role, you'll be pivotal in deploying our technology and ensuring our clients get the most out of our innovative solutions. From initial setup to ongoing engagement, you'll guide our clients through every step, ensuring they achieve significant value from our products.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Implementation:

    • Be the go-to person for customers during the Radar implementation process, making the setup smooth and efficient.
    • Collaborate with Data Engineering to translate customer needs and project goals into actionable plans.
    • Lead educational initiatives on best practices, helping customers enhance their recruitment processes using Radar.

    Customer Success:

    • Develop meaningful relationships with customer executives and key players, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in utilizing Radar technology effectively.
    • Conduct strategic reviews to gauge customer satisfaction and value realisation from our solutions.
    • Proactively tackle any issues that might threaten customer renewals, ensuring high satisfaction and continued partnerships.
    • Be the voice of the customer within Radar, driving product and process improvements through insightful feedback.

    Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field.
    • Experience in recruitment would be ideal
    • Strong desire to grow into a customer-facing role, leveraging your technical and interpersonal skills.
    • Solid analytical ability, comfortable with reading raw data and turning it into insightful information
    • Exceptional communication skills, able to clearly articulate ideas and influence others.
    • Ready to manage projects and collaborate across teams in a startup environment.
