    Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming service calls from beginning to end with our own engineers and sub contract engineers.
  • Prioritize service requirements to meet the needs of the business & customers
  • Booking engineers, obtaining ETA's & ensuring repairs are completed in a timely manner & followed through to completion
  • Ensure customers servicing requirements are met including supporting documentation
  • To liaise with main dealers to organize servicing of the vehicle fleet
  • To provide the customer with the level of service and care prescribed by the company.
  • To handle all telephone and personal enquiries in a professional manner and utilize opportunities that can drive new revenue and business growth
  • To maintain and develop good relationships with the customer.
  • To contribute to the administration and documentation are dealt with in compliance with company rules, policies and procedures.
  • To carry a range of duties, as may be required from time to time at the request of line management and which are deemed to be within your capabilities.
  • Whilst the above outlines the main duties of the post, the list is not exhaustive, and duties may need to change in the light of future developments or as directed by management and changing business needs.
