Description
A leading safety specialist is seeking a Senior Bid Writer / Manager to join its team. The role is split between writing compelling bid content and leading the bid team.Responsibilities – Bid Writing / Management:nSource new tendering opportunitiesnWorking with senior management on bid go / no go decisionsnWriting compelling content for both quality and technical bid responsesnEngage with other departments to secure information for the bidnLead lessons learned reviews
Responsibilities – Team Leadership:
nCoordinate the activity of the bid teamnSupport the development of the bid teamnPromote bid best practice throughout the team and wider business
Required Skills / Experience:
nExperience of bid management and bid writingnTeam leadership skills, ideally within the bid environmentnExperience of construction, FM, utilities or building maintenance sectors would be advantageousnYou must have full right to work within the UK to be considered for this role.
