- Calculating the margin raised on each sale
- Collaborating effectively with the rest of team and other departments
- Taking an active part in internal and customer meetings
- Maintaining strong and effective stock control procedures
- Proven experience working within Customer Services & Sales Support
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively internally & externally
- Proficient with Microsoft packages – including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
