    Description
    We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as a Senior Executive, Hospitality Accounts

    The main purpose of the role is to account manage seasonal and match day hospitality, ensuring a high satisfaction rate at all times.

    To make daily outbound calls to seasonal members in line with the departments KPI's and develop strong relationships with seasonal hospitality members.

    Continue to build and develop relationships by arranging meetings with key accounts on matchday and pre and post fixture
    Assist seasonal members with any NFC, ticketing or away game ballot enquires via email and inbound calls
    Take inbound sales and have a good knowledge of the hospitality packages available throughout the season
    Liaise with the operations team to manage the seasonal lounges and members. Manage the communication to seasonal members and match day bookers around any fixture changes
    Log and track all seasonal hospitality members activity on SalesForce.

    Manage the renewal process for seasonal members, reviewing contract types and lengths and ensuring invoices are raised and payment schedules adhered too.

    Continue to develop seasonal member's matchday experiences by working with the operations team throughout the year to develop and review the hospitality offering.

    Confidence to build relationships with seasonal accounts
    Have knowledge of all hospitality areas both on-site and off-site
    Must be computer literate
    This is a Fixed-Term Contract opportunity for a period of 12 months (maternity cover)
