The Centre and its affiliates provide prestigious, innovative training courses, competitions and events to individuals, schools, youth groups, and many other organisations:

Applicants will need to evidence a successful track record of driving inspirational leadership and operational excellence. Your mission is to cultivate strategic partnerships, ensure financial stability and propel the Centre towards becoming a hub for community engagement and water sports in Plymouth, Devon. Flexible working arrangements, as some evening and weekend duties will be required.
