- Handling the FDO's, premiums, and profit commissions of our major account along with smaller accounts
- Experience in processing FDO's, Binding Authority, and Lineslip Premiums and Claims is advantageous
- Familiarity with CLASS, IMR, and Signing Enquiry is beneficial
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
- Credit control proficiency
- Monitoring receipts, payments, unallocated cash, and held funds
- Responding promptly to queries by Xchanging/underwriters
- Supporting an agile and inclusive environment
