    Description

    As a UI / Front End Developer, you'll be instrumental in the development of products and solutions that drive the delivery and implementation of projects and Digital / business change into the business.

    Job Role:

    Implementing new software programs.

    Designing effective user interfaces for internal and external facing IT solutions.

    Supporting the long term programme of useability and UI changes.

    Recommending and executing improvements.

    Troubleshooting, debugging and upgrading existing software.

    Creating technical level documentation.

    Modifying existing software to fix errors or improve quality.

    Working as part of Scrum team and providing regular updates.

    Duties:

    To be successful in the UI / Front End Developer role, you need to have experience of:

    • Core (6.0 or higher)
    • ES6, CSS, HTML
    • Driven Development (using NUnit and Moq)
    • API/Web Service, REST and JSON
    • Development and Deployment processes
    • control (GIT) (or equivalent)

    As well as ideally experience of:

    Azure DevOps sprint management (or equivalent), boards, pipelines, releases, artifacts

    SQL (including ability to troubleshoot performance issues with queries)

    Automated testing processes (with good analysing skills to find and solve problems)

    Understanding of Entity Framework

    Experience with chat bot services

    You'll also need to be:

    Passionate about technology and always seeking for improvements.

    Able to cope with fast paced, changing environments, ambiguity, and multiple demands.

    Able to clearly articulate issues.

    A goal oriented and 'can do' attitude, tenacity, drive, initiative and creativity.

    A high level of attention to detail and the desire to go the extra mile for your stakeholders.
