- Transactional Support: Assist in negotiating complex hardware, services, or subscription-based software transactions with UK&I based customers and channel partners.
- Risk Management: Provide legal guidance on sales activities, distribution, non-standard commercial agreements, disputes, and online sales, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
- Legal Review: Conduct thorough legal reviews of global templates, programs, new product or service offerings, and Go-To-Market initiatives in collaboration with the legal team.
- Training and Guidance: Contribute to the development and delivery of legal guidance and training to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency in legal services provision.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Qualified Solicitor.
- Strong legal knowledge in all relevant areas.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating sales, services, and/or software transactions.
- Experience advising on complex, high-value contracts and legal matters.
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaborations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects independently.
