- Manage customer accounts to ensure compliance with contractual commitments, including service level agreements (SLAs), commercial pricing, and negotiations.
- Develop customer accounts with a focus on cost efficiency and manage tender processes.
- Contribute to budgeting and margin analysis in conjunction with relevant departments and colleagues.
- Monitor the implementation of services according to specifications and develop KPI coordination within internal departments.
- Coordinate sub-contractor activities, including commercial proposals and negotiations.
- Construct and assist with the sales pricing for UK services.
- Manage tariff developments, including fuel, revisions, and new cost elements.
- Construct and manage the UK Development Budget in collaboration with the Head of Sales and other department leads.
- Participate in UK activity tenders and contribute to the development of internal data sharing and reporting of commercial activities.
- Implement competitive intelligence on the logistics market and identify potential markets and new products.
- Develop promotional materials in conjunction with UK personnel and the Group Marketing Manager.
- Experience working closely with customers to deliver service driven solutions
