The key element of this role is to provide support to the sales team. You will be responsible for building and presenting deals to the customer following qualification from the sales team.It is important that you understand all aspects of financial and insurance product regulations, to ensure accurate information is given.
We will expect you to monitor finance performance against budget, as well as identify and address shortfalls. You will work with management to coach and develop the skills of the team to achieve business objectives, logging all activity to monitor performance and measure outcomesIt is essential that the successful candidate can demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure, excel at relationship building, negotiating skills, posses excellent communication, and have the proven ability to use your own initiative.
