    We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Executive to bolster our online presence and foster growth in our ecommerce ventures.

    As a key member of our marketing team, you will report directly to the Group Marketing Manager. Your primary focus will be leveraging social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, drive web traffic, and generate leads.


    Content Creation:
    Craft captivating content that engages our audience and ignites inspiration.
    Utilise tools like Canva or Adobe to produce visually compelling assets optimised for social media.
    Harness the power of video and motion graphics to showcase our products.


    Social Media Management:
    Blue Line Abrasives, AllFinishes, Industrial Wood Coatings, and Symphony Narrowboat Paint
    Oversee all social media channels catering to both B2B and B2C segments.
    Understand the nuances of each platform and tailor content distribution accordingly.
    Implement a strategic content schedule to ensure consistent visibility and maximise inquiries.
    Proactively engage with potential customers to drive traffic to our website and sales team.

    Monitor competitor activities and analyse social media trends.
    Implement data-driven best practices to optimise performance.
    Work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to utilise GA4 to generate insightful reports informing campaign decisions.
    Track account growth and engagement metrics across all social channels.

    We're looking for a dynamic and proactive individual with demonstrated experience in social media platform management, ideally in consumer-focused environments.

    While a robust portfolio highlighting your content creation skills is preferred, it's not mandatory. An interest in lifestyle brands or home improvement is a plus but not required. A valid driver's license is required. Occasional travel to our other business sites and customer locations for content creation purposes may be necessary.
