    Description

    Sinclair is seeking a Regional FP&A manager to provide accurate and timely planning, reporting, analysis and insight with a key focus on ROI.

    To enhance & create reports and models that make data more visible and actionable to senior management.

    To work as part of a team to drive the ongoing commercial success of the business through identifying risks and opportunities.


    Location:
    Hybrid working 3 days in the office 2 at home, Lakeside, Chester Business Park, Cheshire, CH4 9QT

    Description


    • Proven success in FP&A or Financial Controller roles.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables.
    • Proficiency in developing reports using tools like Power BI.
    • Innovative and data-driven mindset.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience with Excel and SAP, One Stream, MS Dynamics 365.
    • Experience in multicultural environments.
    Key Responsibilities


    • Providing timely financial reports (P&L, Sell Out) and analysing regional financial status.
    • Monthly comparison of anticipated and actual results, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Acting as a finance partner to teams, ensuring clear communication of performance drivers.
    • Cultivating a cost-conscious culture and enhancing data visibility for informed decision-making.
    • Collaborating with teams to adapt reporting for usability and implementing new systems.
    • Developing ad hoc business analysis and assisting in the budget process.
