The Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Analyst will be a critical member of the Digital Product team at interactive investor.
In this role, you will lead the analysis and optimization of user journeys across our digital products, with the goal of enhancing user experience and maximizing conversions.
Your data-driven insights will help shape product development and marketing strategies to drive user engagement and growth.Data Analysis:
Analyse user data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization. Use A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other methods to validate hypotheses and measure performance.
Optimization Strategies:
Develop and execute CRO strategies for improving conversion rates across our digital products, including web and mobile platforms.
User Experience:
Work closely with design and development teams to enhance user experience by identifying and addressing pain points in user journeys.
Analytical Skills:
Strong proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and heat mapping software.
A/B Testing:
Understanding of Optimizely a bonus.
UX/UI Understanding:
Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles to identify opportunities for improvement in digital products.
Attention to Detail:
Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot trends and anomalies in data.
Project Management:
