    Description

    FUNDAMENTALS OF ROLE:

    • Site Engineer working on Commercial Boilers, Water Heaters & Air Source Heat Pumps - Commissioning, Servicing and Fault Finding.
    • Daily travelling to new projects, infrequent requirement to stay away overnight on larger projects and trips to our European Suppliers.
    • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
    • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve issues.
    • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team.

    PERSON REQUIREMENTS and SKILLS:

    • Full Driving License.
    • Have good IT skills for completing reports, communicating via email and messaging apps.
    • Have Gas Safe Qualifications to work on Commercial Installations.
    • To be competent in Fault finding on Gas, Controls and System Hydraulics.
    • Have a good working knowledge of Air Source Heat Pumps, ideally with a refrigerant qualification.
    • Confident in dealing with contractors and end customers.
    • Willing to learn new products and technologies.
