    Description

    A leading Bavaria based Consulting and Advisory firm are seeking to extend their HRIS function with the addition of two Workday Analysts.

    These roles are offered remotely within Germany provided the successful applicants can attend onboarding and occasional business visits to HQ in Bavaria. Part time hours (80%) and some flexi-time preferences can be accommodated if required.

    These mid level roles sit within a skilled and experienced Workday HR function and you'll be reporting into Head of a HRIS and Analytics. You'll get the opportunity to play key roles on an exciting range of ongoing implementation and optimisation projects. As well as contributing across the breadth of their Workday platform you'll be given the opportunity to specialise further and be recognised as the business SME within specific range of HR modules based on your existing areas of competence.

    This employer is live with Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, Advanced Comp, Talent and Performance and the preferred Candidates will need configuration skills in at least two of these modules.

    Workday Analysts / Remote in Germany / Required Profile:

    >> Existing Functional Workday skills suited to a range of Project and Support duties
    >> Excellent communication skills including English & German
    >> Broad skillset covering Configuration, Reporting, Service Delivery
    >> A skilled and trusted remote worker able to manage workload effectively with flex to travel occasionally to Bavaria

    These roles are suited to Workday specialists at the early or mid-level of their career. You may be from a Partner or end User background and the roles are very well positioned to give qualified Candidates the chance to take the next step in their career gaining recognition as a Subject Matter Expert covering specific modules within a well regarded and progressive employer.
