- Managing factory-level payroll in coordination with the central Payroll team.
- Handling orders, dispatch, goods receipt, invoices, PPE, and health and safety environmental records.
- Controlling raw material, PPE, and engineering stock, as well as producing production reports.
- Providing administrative and secretarial assistance to the Factory Manager, other managers, and the TPM team, in addition to organising onsite meetings and performing general clerical duties.
- Managing petty cash, cash sales, and banking activities.
- Undertaking general reception and telephone duties.
- Entering and maintaining records in the internal system
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in administration.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and numerical skills, with adeptness in all Microsoft applications.
- Flexibility and enthusiasm to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and take initiative.
- Strong team spirit and a positive work attitude.
- Self-discipline and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with company software.
