    Position Summary:

    You will be working with multiple members of the team, helping to deliver best-in-class performance results for our clients, across a multitude of channels and partners so flexibility in thinking and coordination of deadlines is key for the role.

    Full training of channels and tools will be provided, we are more interested in a can-do attitude than having all the skills, also we are looking for proactive and opinionated people to join our team who are somewhat independent.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Make changes in campaigns based on advice from mentor on pacing, optimization, and campaign development as needed
  • Optimizing, and maintaining media campaigns for clients
  • Understanding client goals and how to maximize those measures of success through tactical strategies and technologies
  • Analyzing & reporting data on a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly & ad-hoc basis.
  • Implement best practices to boost overall campaign KPIs.
  • Keeping abreast of industry news and supporting the development of POVs to communicate relevant updates to client
  • Execute testing across campaign variables that create client-specific insight and feed future successions of testing
  • Proactive optimization efforts and identifying testing opportunities
  • Assist manager with compiling overall FLOW plan
  • Maintaining and optimizing client campaigns to improve overall performance against pre-determined benchmarks on an ongoing basis
  • Campaign & budget management including optimizations
  • Set-up campaigns, including coordination of assets between creative agencies, client teams, and other partners
  • Desired Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Strong Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, advanced formulas, formatting) and PowerPoint experience.
  • Analytical mindset and a natural affinity and competence for handling figures and data.
  • Proven performance and digital media experience, incl. campaign execution and reporting.
  • Ability to drive projects from conception to completion.
  • Experience in a global role and market coordination.
  • Programmatic, trafficking and DCO experience preferable.
