Description
Job Purpose:
nWe are looking for confident, highly personable, and passionately driven individuals to take on the role of Partner Development Manager.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the exceptional management and development of our commercial partnerships.You'll be responsible for identifying new business sales opportunities within existing and prospective partners, with a focus on boosting revenue through Dynamics as an attached service.
Working closely with the Sales Manager, you'll play a crucial role in executing our strategic sales plan.Key Responsibilities:
nLead the end-to-end Net New Partner process, from MQP/SQP generation to contract negotiation, ensuring seamless onboarding and partnership establishment.nFoster growth within existing partnerships through relationship building and the successful execution of partner projects.nMaintain records in our CRM system and partner team sites, providing accurate reporting and facilitating smooth handovers between departments.nActively engage with channel and sector events to expand and strengthen our network of partnerships.nCollaborate closely with Marketing to drive campaigns, generate compelling content, and refine our P2P proposition.nContinuously refine and manage the Partner function playbook, driving operational excellence and efficiency.nPresent and promote the Cloud9 Learn offering to deepen partner relationships and drive lead generation for Cloud9 Insight.
Experience Required:
nDemonstrated commercial acumen.nProven experience in sales and accounts negotiation, with a history of delivering tangible results.nConsistently met and exceeded sales targets.nOutstanding communication, organisation, presentation and planning skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.nStrong multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to managing competing priorities and deadlines.nProficiency in articulating Cloud9's partner offering to support partner business growth.nExceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to network effectively at all levels of seniority.nA commitment to embodying and championing company values as a brand ambassador.
Experience Preferred:
nGood understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solutions and a track record of customer success stories.
