    Working – and leading – with peer People and Places HRleaders to provide a "global, then local" approach to organizationopportunities and initiatives.

    Delivering all HR programs such as performance assessments, promotions,succession planning, and employee engagement plans with Excellence andglobal consistency.
    Leading with data and metrics to guide decision-making.

    BA/BS or equivalent plus 8+ years of relevant People Partner experiencesupporting the EMEA regionStrong cross-functional partnerships and interpersonal communicationskills; ability to communicate with senior leaders including executiveleadership.

    Seeks, collects, and synthesizes information from a variety ofstakeholders and data sources in an objective, unbiased manner to raiseawareness and/or drive change in the business.

    Ownership of HR programs and performance management activities withinthe business.

    A "business first" mindset of understanding Cohesity's portfolioof products and services, and using that knowledge to apply HR and Peoplesolutions and outcomesCompetence and understanding in the various HR functional areas:
    employee engagement, performance management, total rewards, learning anddevelopment, data and analytics, ,BI/analytics, or platform-as-a-service setting is preferred.
    Well-versed in employee engagement and performance management bestpractices.
