Trainee Estate Agent - Lettings Agent in Crouch End

Essentials - Driving licence, own car & sales experience

OTE up to £30k+ - Basic salary £16k+ - Car and petrol allowance paid

5 day week + every other weekend off - NO SUNDAYS

The Role:


As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for scheduling and leading viewings, negotiating between landlord and tenant in order to reach an agreement, as well as all the pre-tenancy checks.

You will also be taking part in prospecting on a regular basis and supporting other members of staff.


Requirements:


  • A full Driving Licence
  • Proven experience in a sales position
  • Selfdriven with a can do attitude
  • Ability to work in a team with other Lettings Negotiators
  • Interest in property


  • Excellent communication skills

  • Verbal and Written
  • Ability to confidently persuade and influence others
  • Well organised
  • A natural Negotiator

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
