A successful 'Sales & Marketing Director should have:
- Educated to degree level - (Business management and Science degrees advantageous).
- Proven track record in Sales and Marketing Leadership roles with proven business development success.
- Excellent commercial awareness and industry knowledge.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to coach, shape and develop teams.
- Strong negotiation skills.

Job Description
