Construction Superintendent position available to oversee all aspects of field production for Commercial construction projects.
This Superintendent will be supported by both a Project Manager and General Superintendent, and will be provided with the technology, support staff, equipment resources & necessary training to be successful.
A CDI Superintendent has primary responsibility for day-to-day production of all construction operations on-site, while managing CDI & Subcontractor schedule progress.
The ability to oversee that our schedule production is achieved in a safe manner, while holding all accountable for maintaining quality-control, is mandatory.
At CDI, our Superintendents work alongside our Project Managers as Co-Captains of each project team.Our Superintendents have a direct line of communication to project clients, architects & engineers, while being provided all necessary resources to successfully oversee field production of our construction projects.
10+ years of Commercial Construction Superintendent or related experience...~...Bachelor's Degree in Construction Mgt or Engineering (or related degree), plus 5+ years of Superintendent experience.
~ Advanced experience with means/methods & processes of building commercial construction projects.
~ Knowledge & experience with Scheduling projects:
~ Schedule software proficient.
