    First and second line support for the third party hosted private cloud infrastructure
    Day to day troubleshooting and support of Microsoft and Linux Server products
    Monitoring of performance and status of Server environments (85% Windows)
    Providing second and third-line support to the customer support and project teams, predominantly at the Operating System and infrastructure level
    Network administration and configuration across multiple remote sites
    Performance tuning and resource optimization as required
    Provide on-call support for critical out-of-hours issues on a rota basis

    2+ years' experience in a second/third line Technical Support role supporting Microsoft Server Operating Systems including core domain services e.g.

    Experience supporting and configuring networking technologies
    ~ Administration/troubleshooting of Microsoft IIS and hosting of websites and services
    ~ Microsoft Office365 Administration
    ~ Ability to own issues and projects to successful delivery and beyond the go-live implementation
    ~ Continual consideration of security and stability with any implementation or planned changes
    ~ Network Security and devices (i.e. Web Application Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems and load balancers)
    Cloud concepts and technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure
    Site to Site (L2L) and remote access VPN configuration and troubleshooting experience
    Windows PowerShell
    Understanding of ITIL framework
