    The role:
    As part of the Tech Ops team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the core systems infrastructure that the 15below platform is built upon, including:Second and third line support for the internal infrastructureFirst and second line support for the third party hosted private cloud infrastructureDay to day troubleshooting and support of Microsoft and Linux Server productsMonitoring of performance and status of Server environments (85% Windows)


    Configuration and maintenance of production, test and development environmentsProviding second and third-line support to the customer support and project teams, predominantly at the Operating System and infrastructure levelNetwork administration and configuration across multiple remote sitesPerformance tuning and resource optimization as requiredResearch, recommend and implement solutions to improve the 15below infrastructure and processesProvide on-call support for critical out-of-hours issues on a rota basisThe kind of person you are:2+ years' experience in a second/third line Technical Support role supporting Microsoft Server Operating Systems including core domain services e.g.

    Active Directory, DNS, DHCPExperience supporting and configuring networking technologiesUnderstanding of concepts and experience configuring FirewallsAdministration/troubleshooting of Microsoft IIS and hosting of websites and servicesUnderstanding of virtualisation concepts and technologies e.g.

    VMWareMicrosoft Office365 AdministrationStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsAbility to own issues and projects to successful delivery and beyond the go-live implementationSelf-drive to identify and suggest solutions to key infrastructure componentsContinual consideration of security and stability with any implementation or planned changesMost importantly you'll be focused on what you need to achieve, whilst knowing how to have some funSkills to impress:Network Security and devices (i.e. Web Application Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems and load balancers)Cloud concepts and technologies, preferably Microsoft AzureContainerisation and orchestration technologies e.g.
